5 Scents For A Cosy Home This Season

One of our favourite things about the autumn-winter season is lighting candles in the late afternoon. It completely transforms the atmosphere and creates a calm, cosy vibe. We have a few go-to scents we want to share with you!

Homesense and Dunelm are great spots for candles, though these are usually in-store finds, so we can’t link them here. Definitely worth checking out next time you’re shopping!

THE WHITE COMPANY - FIR TREE

One of our top picks is The White Company’s Fir Tree collection. If you’re a fan of that classic Christmas tree scent, this one’s for you! With fresh, crisp notes of eucalyptus and pine needles, it perfectly captures that festive vibe. We go for the large 3-wick candle - a great centre piece! This scent fills the entire room and lasts ages.

DIPTYQUE - SAPIN

A close match to the Fir Tree collection is Diptyque’s new holiday candle, Sapin. It has that same fresh blend of pine needles and resin. Diptyque candles always add a elevated touch to any space, and this one brings an extra dose of festive spirit.

DIPTYQUE, £68

DIPTYQUE - EUCALYPTUS

Though similar to the previous two scents, we couldn’t leave out one of our all-time favorite Diptyque candles: Eucalyptus! We’re still hoping they release it in a larger size!

DIPTYQUE, £56

DAYLESFORD - LOG FIRE

There’s nothing better than a roaring fire in the colder months, right? But living in a flat in London, that’s not an option for us—so the next best thing is this candle! With a rich, woody scent, it’s the perfect addition to the living room this season.

DAYLESFORD, £38

OVEROSE - CINNAMON ROLL

These candles are the real deal—it’s like stepping into a bakery! Even when they’re unlit, they fill your room with the most mouthwatering smell. The cinnamon roll scent is perfect for this time of year, but the croissant candle is just as good!
