5 Delicious Breakfast Ideas To Start Your Day

We must say that we are not nutritionists over here, however, we do love to eat and talk about food so we just had to share this post. We’ve rounded up our top 5 breakfasts which we make and rotate throughout the week. All being super easy to make of a morning and super nutritious!

JAMMY EGGS

Boil 2 eggs room temperature for 5 minutes 30 seconds to get the perfect jammy centre. These eggs are a quick, easy and a delicious breakfast idea. Full of good fats and protein. Sprinkle with flakey salt and cracked black pepper to finish, enjoy!

AVOCADO TOAST

Avocado on toast has become a beloved breakfast staple and we stand by that! And it just looks great too right? Pair with jammy eggs for the ultimate start to your day and again top with flaky salt to finish!

PEANUT BUTTER AND BANANA TOAST

Over here we are big peanut butter fans, our favourite snack being sliced cucumber topped with peanut butter - don’t knock it until you try it!

If we’re eating peanut butter then we’re eating Pip and Nut Crunchy Peanut Butter, made up from 99.6% peanuts and the rest salt. For breakfast there is no better combination than peanut butter, banana and honey. Pop this on top of your favourite bread and sprinkle with toppings of your choice for that extra crunch. We like a square of dark chocolate and whatever seeds we have in the cupboard!

PORRIDGE, BERRIES, PEANUT BUTTER

Porridge is the most satisfying breakfast making us feel fuelled and ready for the day. At this point we’ve tried every oat on the market but will always go back to White’s Organic Jumbo Oats.

Porridge really is a labour of love and we like to cook this on the hob to reap the rewards. Yes this might sound long early in the morning but it’s just so worth it for a creamy porridge. We love to top with berries, peanut butter and a few squares of dark chocolate!

APPLE AND BLACKBERRY OAT CRUMBLE

Crumble for breakfast? Yes! We stew apples and blackberries until slightly soft and top with oats, maple syrup and pecans. We serve topped with greek yoghurt and believe us its so good! A great breakfast which you can prepare in advance for the week ahead, reheat or eat cold!
